Motivation and ego-drive

It’s lively and animated but easy to see through and its effect soon lapses if the effort behind it is not constantly maintained.

The task is to support employees in making them aware of their goals and attitudes, to scrutinise and challenge themselves and replenish their stores of energy. Because nothing is as persuasive as our own ideas and visions.
